Ms.Hino, who is a first year of school in our laboratory, gave an oral presentation at the 2024 annual meeting of Japan Society for Lactic Acid Bacteria held at Azabu University (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) on July 19 and 20, 2024, and received The Best Presentation Award For Young Researchers!
The title for presentation: Gene function analysis to elucidate the metabolic mechanism of 1-kestose in Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum.
